Two communities, one standard
Cypress I and Cypress II: which is which
The Cypress is two properties, not one. They sit half a mile apart on Hubbell Avenue and run as a single community, which is the quiet advantage: more homes to choose from, one team to deal with.
Half a mile apart, run as one
Cypress I is at 3909–3913 Hubbell Avenue and Cypress II is at 4210–4214 Hubbell Avenue. Same owner, same maintenance crew, same person answering the phone, and the same standard applied to every home. When you are looking, you check both: whichever one has the right home open is the right answer.

What is at each
Cypress I is all two-bedroom homes, in a pair of three-story buildings with its own off-street parking. Cypress II is a mix: mostly the same two-bedrooms, plus a handful of smaller one-bedrooms that do not open often. Both share the finish choice between renovated and classic, covered on the renovated or classic page.
How to pick
Pick by what is open and what you need: a one-bedroom narrows you to Cypress II, and most everything else is available at either. Every unit on the availability page is tagged Cypress I or Cypress II so you always know which address a home is at. Most homes here are two-bedroom, one-bath, about 860 square feet, with a stove and refrigerator included. Renovated homes have new kitchens and baths; classic homes keep their finishes and rent for less; Cypress II also has a few 430-square-foot one-bedrooms. Current rents sit on the availability page.
