The floor plans at The Cypress, explained

The Cypress is mostly a two-bedroom community, with a small number of one-bedrooms at Cypress II. Here is what each is, in plain terms.

The two-bedroom

Most homes are a two-bedroom, one-bath apartment of about 860 square feet, with a stove and refrigerator included. It is a spacious plan: room for a table and a couch without choosing between them, and two real bedrooms rather than a bedroom and a nook. The finish is either renovated or classic, which is the main choice you make here.

The one-bedroom at Cypress II

Cypress II keeps a handful of one-bedroom homes of about 430 square feet. They are the smaller, lower-priced option, they do not open often, and they go quickly when they do. If a one-bedroom is what you want, ask to be told when the next one is coming.

Renovated or classic, and pricing

Both plans come renovated or classic; the renovated or classic page explains the difference. Each home is priced on its own, and that price tracks what is open, so the live figure is the only one worth quoting. Most homes here are two-bedroom, one-bath, about 860 square feet, with a stove and refrigerator included. Renovated homes have new kitchens and baths; classic homes keep their finishes and rent for less; Cypress II also has a few 430-square-foot one-bedrooms. Current rents sit on the availability page.
