Your call
Renovated or classic: your call at The Cypress
Here is the one real decision at The Cypress. Every home is clean and working; some have been renovated top to bottom, and some keep their classic finishes and rent for less. You decide whether the new kitchen or the budget wins.
The renovated homes
A renovated home has a new kitchen with shaker cabinets, a subway-tile backsplash and new counters and appliances, new flooring, updated lighting and ceiling fans, a paneled accent wall in the living room, and a refreshed bath. Every photo on this site was taken in these apartments.

The classic homes
A classic home is the same layout, kept clean with everything working, in its original finishes. It rents for less. When the budget matters more than the countertops, this is the one to ask for.
Either way, the same community
Both come with a stove and refrigerator, the same off-street parking, and the same crew taking care of the property. Tour a renovated home and a classic one side by side and pick the finish you want. Most homes here are two-bedroom, one-bath, about 860 square feet, with a stove and refrigerator included. Renovated homes have new kitchens and baths; classic homes keep their finishes and rent for less; Cypress II also has a few 430-square-foot one-bedrooms. Current rents sit on the availability page.
